This is a pocket watch movement that also would fit modern wrist watches at 33mm. Technical info can be found on this page of the Ranfft website.
The movement is quite elegant, but technically relatively straightforward. The one interesting element is the ratchet wheel click attached to the underside of the barrel bridge.
