The idea behind the reshaping of the bridges was to break the very hard look made of straight lines and to follow the shape of the balance bridge. I feel this worked well on the long central bridge, but not on the escape wheel bridge that looks awkward, badly done and where I should have worked around the jewel.
After reshaping the bridges, the next step was to give a frosted effect to the top of the bridges. Doing so on the smaller bridge was a bad idea, especially using the larger texturing wheel.
After that, I created the bevels and polished them.
I am quite happy with the bevels and the polishing, which has improved since past projects. The frosting looked better in the metal than on picture, but I still have not found the right technique. The reshaping of the central bridge worked well, but that of the escape wheel bridge looks bad.
